Does anyone else have specific foods that pretty much guarantee a binge?

For me it’s chocolate chips. Back when I had self-control, I used to mix a serving of chocolate chips into my Greek yogurt every morning, but now every time I buy chocolate chips for that purpose I end up eating the entire bag before I even touch the yogurt. Just thinking about the self-control I used to have makes the guilt and depression so much worse after I binge. I hate it.
