What are some current UK food/restaurant trends?

I am seeing lots more Greek and African restaurants opening up, and noticing less small plates and vegan food on menus but way more Guinness and gildas. Just a bit of fun, but what are some good, restaurant or maybe even pub trends you’re noticing in the UK right now?
