Is this rod knock?

I have a 2011 hyundai santa fe 2.4L L4, i linked a video of it running and knocking, its spitting codes p1326 and p200a for knocking and and issue with the intake manifold runners, the valves being cooked and runners being bad probably explains why it doesnt go above 2k rpm. I think the sound it makes when he revs it is rod knock but im pretty sure its at least in the bottom end, Ive tebuilt an engine before but dont have all that much experience listening to things and knowing what it is. Does anyone have a guess as to what it is?
