Apartment Advice: Optima Signature vs Wolf Point West

Hi All,

Looking to move into a high rise apartment in Chicago and I'm between Optima Signature in Streeterville and Wolf Point West in River North.

If you've lived there / know anyone who has lived there, what was the experience like? I've read reviews for all three and all have some degree of issues (i.e. lack of responsiveness from management, elevator wait times, noise levels). Besides the drawbacks, would love to hear the positive experiences too.

Since these are expensive, I want to make sure the price tag is worth it.
