Entry Level Salary in SF?

Basically, taking a job in SF as junior designer. They are doing well, private residential, high end and good design. Very small place. They’re asking me to consider how much I’d like to be paid…

My qualifications: Graduated last May from a top undergraduate architecture program, won some awards and did well there. 4 year program, unaccredited, but balanced in terms of how they taught design, and feel comfortable in both the conceptual and technical sides of practice. I’ve had a “prestigious” internship for the past 6 months, but limited professional experience outside of that.

SF firm is excited to have me join, they responded immediately and have moved forward pretty decisively to get me in, despite hiring infrequently. They know I will only be there for about 1.5 yrs before I go to do my M.Arch. All of this considered, I’m wondering what to tell them.

I am basically data collecting junior designer salaries for jobs either in SF or in high end private residential (or both)
