Is account bricked

Before knowing anything about the game I made dumb decisions on resource usage and now the gear that gives me highest power level is just a bunch of random gear with little synergy. I'd like to focus on the echo gear in second photo but have S gear that I couldn't use if I did.

Any advice on how to proceed? Is there any way to reroll and keep my in app purchases 🤣
