i literally do not know where to study

everyone has gotten their acceptance letters and im... here. i dont even know where i want to study. i cant study in my current country because education is too expensive when you're not a local. every country ive researched has turned out to have a housing crisis or extremely high tuition fees with no scholarships 😭 i know thats a bit of an exaggeration but idk anymore. here are my stats i guess??

What I'm looking for: cheaper schools!!! they dont have to be super cheap but my parents refuse to pay over the 17k usd mark 😮‍💨 scholarships will help a LOT. maybe European countries but i am not too sure abt prices (was previously researching switzerland and finland)

Demographics: female, arab, in middle east

Intended Major: chemical engineering

SAT: 1360 (710 english, 650 math)

GPA: 3.87 weighted, 3.58 unweighted

Coursework: (you cant choose your classes here (other than aps)) AP calc ab, AP chem, religious studies, social studies, arabic, english, bio, physics, robotics, pe. no ap exams taken yet

Extracurriculars: i am lacking a lot in this section... i've been to about 4 muns?? lmao. our school doesnt offer ecs

pretty lacklustre stats... i just wanna go to uni bro. lmk if im supposed to add anythng else
