They deleted my account after I reached out

Their system is a joke. I hadn't played since 2016-2017 and was unaware of this "account deletes after 120 days" bs. I logged on on a new account to check and my old account was still searchable, I could see my outfit and send friend requests/mail. I reached out last month telling them this and they just said it was deleted. I said it was still searchable and I could interact with it, then suddenly my aj didn't work for ~2 weeks and I wasn't able to log on. I was finally able to log on again just now and now my account is just gone, jammer not searchable. Like are you being for real right now? Then they said to just create a new account. Like yeah thanks Jan, that's so easy to do.

I hate that I reached out to their horrible support system, now I can't even view my childhood account. I should have taken a picture of the outfit I was last in when I had the chance. But how was I supposed to know they'd pull this bs. Now it's all just gone.
