Lost 7ohblack package

I have Lyme disease and use 7oh for pain management. I’ve been ordering from 7ohblack for months now and haven’t really had many issues besides during the holidays, but FedEx lost my package and it’s been 3 days and I still can’t get a hold of anyone that works there. I understand it’s FedEx’s fault, but how the hell are they gonna have a 2 day delivery guarantee and can’t even return a fucking email? Out of all the vendors I’ve ordered from their products have been the best quality in my opinion but if this is how their customer service is now I’m gonna need to find somewhere more reliable. If y’all have any recommendations I’m all ears, thanks
